Im looking for mrs sparks the cooking teasher back in 1976-1977 if anyone knows please e-mail me thanks Susan Menendez menend2@comcast.net or anyone in that class
Brad Moore was my core teacher. An amazing teacher who helped me a lot that first year at Galt when I could barely speak english. One of my favorite teachers ever. Made a huge impression on me.
Agreed about Mr Perkins....I remember this one time when I knew I failed one of his tests and was behind in class totally discouraged and he came and sat with me and said "you didn't fail, we'll correct it now..." Well, I had failed but did end up passing the course...somehow. Definately had to do with the teacher.
Mrs. McKercher and Mrs. Fremont definately two outstanding teachers...back when I was there
Currently Pat Dubois and Andrew Hynd...2 of the most committed indivuduals I have ever had the opportunity to met and who teach my son who is now at Galt....
Mr. P. Glashan , Biology, Mr. D. Parsons, Physics, Mrs L. Echenberg, English, and Mr. J. Pille, Music, were the teachers that had a life long impact. They all had the gift of teaching in a way that allowed me to pass these courses. Thank you to all of them but I am sure that there were others that also had an impact on my life but I have forgotten. Oh Frank Boushel, he was a great principal.
Mr. Parsons - Physics. I had so much trouble catching on at first and hated it. He tutored me for a few weeks and of course I actually began to like it. It's all about the teacher.
Derek Thane, I think that was his last name. Communication Arts. He is the reason I got involved in photography. Anyone know where he is now?
